Wildman Academy is a professional wrestling school located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada that was founded by "Wildman" Gary Williams in 2005. Over the years, Wildman Academy has successfully produced a good portion of it's current indy talent in the local wrestling scene.

Williams is a 18 year veteran of the wrestling business and has wrestled extensively in the Canadian indy wrestling scene. Williams takes pride in being able to say that he's wrestled in every province in Canada with various promotions including Emile Dupre's famous "World/Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling" and Stu Hart's legendary "Stampede Wrestling" since his debut in 1997. Williams has also wrestled for World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1999-2000 and the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in 2001.

As a trainer, Williams focuses extensively on the small things in the ring that he claims a lot of trainers tend to overlook.

Williams quotes:
"Anyone can learn the moves in wrestling but It's the small things such as; lockups, headlocks, proper posture, facial expressions, body language, punches and kicks... (just to name a few) that when perfected, can make all the difference in the world. It can make an average wrestler become a great wrestler."

Williams "stands strong" on his belief that a solid wrestling training foundation is absolutely crucial to anyone getting trained in the art of professional wrestling. It molds and teaches you the "proper" way and once you've achieved that foundation, it paves the way to make everything so much easier and "needless to say" increases your chances tremendously to a promising and successful career as a pro wrestler.

Williams was originally trained by Grand Prix and Stampede Wrestling star "Hubert Gallant" and then received further training by some of the best wrestlers in the world like, Leo Burke, Bret "The Hitman" Hart and Bad News Brown. Williams gives all the credit in the world to these guys for sharing and giving him the wrestling training, knowledge and ability that made it possible for him to become the wrestler/trainer that he is today. Without them, Williams states that he would not be half the wrestler he's become and would certainly have no business getting in the ring and teaching anyone the art of professional wrestling.
