Wholistic Hall 4.02

The Wholistic Hall is a space for the community to grow and learn, expand and transform, heal and thrive; a means to unite the body, mind, and spirit in the heart of downtown London.

"This is the place for all my relations, to bring celebration through meditation, for all of creation."

Wholistic refers to a whole or whole body; taking into consideration the whole body or person; considering the mind, body and spirit. Well-being must come from within first - and then healthy people can branch out to others.
