This is a beginner/intermediate
Kickboxing class building on technique, combinations, and fitness.
Tues and Thurs 7:00 - 8:00pm
Muay Thai
Intermediate/Advanced
This is for experienced kickboxing athletes who have a minimum of 1 year practice. Building on the Art of 8 Limbs.
Tues and Thurs 8:00-9:00pm
Ju-Jitsu (Shindo-Ryu) and Judo
This class will from basic to advanced levels focusing on MMA and real life practical use!
