Upwards Canada Program is a Canadian student recruitment program offering strategic advice at each stage of the university application process. We are committed to helping students identify and gain admission to their preferred schools. Our services are designed to maximize an applicant’s probability of acceptance to undergraduate, graduate and professional schools in Canada.

The program is executed by Rouge Educational Services which was formed by recent international students for incoming international students with the intent of giving candid and valuable advice that will help them succeed. With its headquarters in Toronto, we recruit candidates worldwide with special emphasis on Bangladeshi students.

Our primary goal is to ensure that students planning to study in Canada are given professional advice and the right information on the various requirements and procedures in a systematic manner and finally process their applications for admission in a timely manner. We are official represents of King’s University College, Brescia University College, Western University in London Ontario and Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax. All of our institutions provide students with unique post secondary education opportunities in Canada and are recognized universities throughout the world. Each have their unique value proposition and Upwards Canada will match students with their interest and application to the respective program that is best suited for the student(s).

Once the student has selected which university and program he/she is interested in, we guide them through the application process which includes collecting relevant documents, transcripts, certificates, and personal statements.
