From tried and true classics to modern reinterpretations of the favorites. The Host has always kept a strong commitment to keeping our preparations as authentic as possible. We grind our own spices, and make all of our own masalas in house. Tomatoes are cooked overnight, low and slow - just like home. Breads and meats are cooked in the traditional tandoor oven and certain ingredients come from India itself.
