Our meals contain a combination of breakfast with the choice of either one or two entees which is lunch and dinner.
Every Healthy Box dish is made from the highest quality ingredients and packaged in convenient, air-tight containers. Each container is microwaveable and clearly labeled.

We deliver twice a week for a five days meal plan: Monday morning delivery to cover a three day meal plan(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and Wednesday afternoon delivery to cover (Thursday and Friday).
