Cross Training: High intensity, sports-performance based, full body interval training

INDOOR WINTER GOLF
Dave Castellan, the Director of Golf Instruction at Deerhurst and Horseshoe Resort, has been named among the Top 50 PGA Teachers in Canada. He is available to provide indoor golf instruction to individuals, and pairs, on an appointment basis from January to mid April. Sunshine is able to provide a safe, and effective learning environment within a modified squash court for golfers to improve their swing during the off-season.
SQUASH LESSONS
Squash Ontario Certified Instructors are available to teach players in a one on one, or small group setting. Lessons are available by appointment and are focussed on skill development.
