AcroYoga is the yoga of trust and relationships. One practices with at least one other person or in a group with the intention of working together to support each other achieving what would not be possible by oneself. The spectrum of the physical practice ranges from gentle therapeutics and supportive movements to acrobatics.
Think of it as the extension of your yoga practice, it's how you work with and relate to others, and the realization of how your actions occur and affect them. The underlining current that runs through all of the lineages of the practice is one of joy, compassion and empowerment, where trust and building community are the true measures of success.
