The gift of deep snuggling allows connection to be shared through direct experience of the spiritual heart. This form of touch is about creating a safe space to relax and feel the comfort of being held in a long, warm embrace according to your level of comfort. There, my clients may discover playfulness, curiosity, connection, joy, letting go of stress, safety and support.
