Prairie Girl Bakery 4.69

We opened April 1, 2011 and have been having fun every day since, right in the heart of Toronto's financial district. We have loved meeting new customers every day while getting to know our loyal regulars.

The team at Prairie Girl is proud of our incredible cupcakes! We LOVE to talk about how they are made fresh on-site every single day from fresh dairy butter, 70% Dark Belgian Chocolate, real strawberries and tons of other top of the line ingredients!

November 14, 2011 we opened up our second location in the Path. Located in the concourse level of First Canadian Place, we deliver the same great product, but available at 8am for those early risers, and wonderfully convenient as the cold approaches.

April 26, 2013 We opened our third location in the trendy neighbourhood of Yorkville! Now our cupcakes are conveniently available uptown still served with a smile!

Because of our commitment to "fresh" each of our stores has it's own kitchen where our favourite products are baked everyday. This means that sometimes we sell out early due to a higher demand than expected. This also means some days we have leftovers and because of our love and dedication to the community in which we work, we give our end-of-day cupcakes to a couple of Second Harvest agencies nearby our stores.
