Nimbus School of Recording & Media (Formerly Nimbus School of Recording Arts) was co-founded in 2009 by music industry legends Bob Ezrin (Pink Floyd, KISS, Peter Gabriel) and GGGarth Richardson (Rage Against the Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Biffy Clyro). The Nimbus education model is based on the same principles of industry mentorship, hands-on studio training and good old fashioned hard work that brought up Bob and GGGarth into their highly successful music industry careers. Nimbus equips students with the knowledge and skills to work in real professional studios, anywhere in the world.

No classrooms. Just studios.

Each Nimbus graduate leaves with their own extensive recording portfolio and connections with current music industry leaders. Our students don't learn about music production and audio engineering, they train on the same equipment they'll be working on when they finish their course.

Recent graduates have gone on to work in professional studios, films, and agencies all over the world and have been nominated alongside our faculty for Juno's and Grammy awards, taking the tradition of excellence built at Nimbus into their own music industry careers.

Our current program offerings include:

♦ Intro to Audio Engineering
♦ Intro to Studio Production
♦ Intro to the Music Industry
♦ Advanced Studio Production
♦ Advanced Audio Engineering
♦ Electronic Music Production
♦ Artist Management
♦ Post & Game Audio Production
♦ Live Sound & Recording
♦ Video Production
