The owner of Natural Beauty Mineral Makeup, Chantel Joseph, a Mother of three, Fiancé, Makeup Artist, and First Nations Woman, always dreamed of creating a cosmetic line that focused on First Nation Woman's beauty.

Chantel's dreams were nourished while growing up in North Vancouver amongst her Mother's people on Squamish Nation Territory, and also with her Father's family on Onondaga Nation Territory, outside of Syracuse, NY.

Growing up on east and west coast, Chantel noticed at a young age that there was no company anywhere in the industry focused on, nor showcasing our Native Woman.

Five years ago Chantel moved with her children and their father to his hometown in Kahnawake, Mohawk Territory. While living in Kahnawake for four years, Chantel took Makeup Artistry Schooling in Montreal and became a certified Makeup Artist in 2012.

After moving back to North Vancouver- Squamish Nation Territory, her hometown, Chantel took a Business Entrepreneur Skills Training Program, and Marketing workshops before applying for the Squamish Nation Trust Grant.

After two years of research, makeup artistry certification, an approved grant and a lifetime of dreaming, the day is almost here when Chantel launches her new cosmetic line "Natural Beauty Mineral Makeup."

Natural Beauty Mineral Makeup is perfect for all ages, skin types, and can go from sheer to full coverage. My products provide a 'Natural Glamour' image, enhancing your natural beauty and confidence through our cosmetics, leaving you feeling like the 'Star that You are!'

Finally we have cosmetic products that are focused on our beauty and contain all natural ingredients. I've had fun researching all of my products and choosing all the perfect colours for our skin tones. Now, I'm in the final stages of finalizing my products and purchasing my first order.

My mission is to showcase our Native Woman and the Natural Beauty we possess by using my products, leaving woman feeling like the star they are.

Once a month I plan to visit organizations that support First Nations Woman, such as woman shelter's, youth conferences, Aboriginal Awards, host seminars for young girls, sharing my story and offering makeovers and teaching techniques on how to naturally enhance their beauty and confidence using Natural Beauty Mineral Makeup products.

I believe Natural Beauty Mineral Makeup will be very successful because it provides high quality products that are all natural, luxurious, great for all skin types, and priced at an excellent value to a target market who has no other supplier meeting their needs or demand.

I'm planning on launching my business November 2014. I will be celebrating with a Launch Party, where my customers, friends and family will come to pick up their products while enjoying a night of fun and networking!

I want my launch party to not only be a celebration of my new business, but a celebration of all First Nation's woman in business.
I want to invite as many woman who want to showcase their business, talents and gifts they possess, to my launch party and make it a night of networking and sharing. I want it to be a night of celebrating our woman and all the gifts we were given from the Creator.

I feel this will be a great night for all of us to network, promote and sell our business'. It will be a night filled with love, laughter, music and business!!
