NanoXplore is a graphene company, a manufacturer and supplier of high volume graphene powder for use in industrial markets. NanoXplore also makes standard and custom thermoplastic products for customers in food and health supplements, recreational products, marine and aquaculture products and other industrial sectors. Our core technology is a unique, low-cost manufacturing process which produces industrial volumes of high quality graphene from graphite flake, using an efficient and environmentally friendly method. Established in 2011, the company’s headquarters and graphene production facility is in Montreal, Quebec and its plastic production facility is on Montreal’s South Shore.

NanoXplore has the largest graphene powder production plant in Canada with a capacity of 25 tonnes/year, collocated with a unique 400 tonnes/year compounding facility that produces graphene-enhanced plastic masterbatch pellets. A key application focus is graphene-plastic parts for next generation vehicles, providing stronger, lighter and less expensive parts to improve range and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Our plastics also enable metal replacement, dissipating heat and shielding against electric interference.
