Policies
First time appointments will be booked as a “New Set” if you come in with natural nails. If you have previous enhancements not done by me, please book in as “New Set with Removal”. I do not fill other nail technicians’ work, as I need to prep your nails for my product.
If you have acrylic enhancements, please have them removed prior to booking an appointment with me, as my equipment is not designed for acrylic.
Cancellations, “no shows” and late arrivals:
Please try and give me 24 hrs notice to cancel an appointment. “No shows” will be charged a fee of 50% of the original appointment price to be paid prior to booking another appointment. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may be subject to a modified service in order to remain on schedule.
I reserve the right to refuse any service for any reason, including frequent cancellations, no-shows and/or failure to comply with the policies I have in place for my business. All prices are subject to change.
