Mountain Heights Healing specializes in Energy and Spiritual Healing. Using the ancient holistic art of East Indian Head Massage along with Spiritual Healing, Reiki and Mediumship, every healing experience is tailored to your individual needs.

Zoe has practiced spiritual healing for over 20 years and Reiki for 10 years. She trained in platform Mediumship in the UK 12 years ago and has been developing her psychic and mediumship skills since. She is also currently studying under a Sekhmet Master/Teacher and will shortly complete her certification in Crystal Healing Therapy.

She blends these modalities with a twist on East Indian Head Massage, which has its roots in Ayurvedic Medicine and has been practiced in India for over 4,000 years. It utilizes Ayurvedic energy points as well as massage of the neck, head and face to provide an effective healing treatment that leaves the whole body feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, energized and balanced.
