Over the past 25 years I have become a licensed realtor and purchased, renovated and sold over a dozen properties. It was with plaster under my nails and paint in my hair that I fell in love with the process of making a home the best it could be. I spent twelve years as a real estate and corporate/commercial paralegal before embarking down the trail towards commercial real estate.
I came to my profession as a Realtor with both my tool belt and a business suit. I not only possess an in-depth knowledge of the legalities surrounding Real Estate, but I am not scared to get my hands dirty. It is the marriage between the two that makes me a unique choice for my clients. People are often taken aback that I have a broad knowledge of the legal system, but I also include staging and light renovations combined with an extensive marketing plan in my package to help sell a home. To me this just makes good business sense. How better to develop relationships with clients than to pick up a paint brush? How better to sell a home than to stage it for the exact demographic that will be purchasing? In my approach to real estate I am re-defining the status quo.
