We've taken the idea of the humble burger, and decided it could be improved upon. For a burger to be really good, you can't just rely on putting enough "stuff" on it. Toppings from cheese to a fried egg can be fantastic, but you can taste the difference in our freshly ground burgers, even with nothing on 'em.
Our beef is sold to us by VG Meats and we grind it fresh every day as we need it. We don't load 'em with fillers like breadcrumbs either...after all, it's already coming on a bun! Just a little Kosher salt to enhance the flavour that's already there. This beef is so well raised, it doesn't need much else to be absolutely delicious!
