Eve Carty, owner of Levity for Life Yoga & Fitness, has been teaching Aerial Yoga since 2014 and began teaching Aerial Hoop Playtime in 2017!

She aims to make her classes fresh, uplifting and fun for all levels. She is friendly, approachable and takes great care with creating a safe and comfortable environment for all her students.

Her Training includes:
• 2 Aerial Yoga Teacher Training programs with P3 Yoga and Aerial Training Studio and Elevate Aerial Yoga
• Aerial Hoop/Lyra Fitness Instructor Certification from Pole and Aerial Fitness Instruction Commission of Canada
• Yoga Teacher Training program (RYT 200) and Pilates Mat Level 1 Teacher Training from Feel Good Yoga & Pilates Studio
• Yin Yoga Teacher Training from Yoga From The Heart
• She is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) and a member of Canadian Yoga Alliance

Pricing Policies:
• Payments must be made before class to reserve your spot
• Drop in classes are $14, 4 class punch cards are $50 and 10 class punch cards are $110
• Punch cards are valid for 1 year and are not transferable, replaceable, or refundable.

Attendance Policies
• 24 hours’ notice from your class start time is required for any cancellations.
• If you cancel under 24 hours or you are a no show, this will count as a class as it often means another student won’t be able to attend.
