We believe that fitness is best described as the goal of an individual to become a stronger version of themselves. To do this, you must believe in yourself and your abilities before anything else to achieve your goals. The only role model that matters throughout your fitness journey however is the best of YOU, and what YOU are capable of achieving. Your physiological abilities play a big role in determining how far you can go in terms of fitness goals, but the key to maximizing your overall capabilities is to strengthen and balance the mind, body, and soul. This is the foundation of Konga Fitness.
Our clients are taught by professional trainers who have reached the pinnacle of the fitness industry. They teach a number of programs that include strength training, aerobic exercises, functional movements, boot camp style training, cross-fit training and MMA-style training. Our pride comes from maintaining an environment that is both fun and competitive. Fitness should be fun, but in order to become the best version of yourself, it should also bring the best out of you. Our MMA and kickboxing champion Khaled Konga, owner of Konga Fitness is an individual who truly embodies this principle. No one is more passionate and determined to get the best out of an individual than Konga, and you will realize this the moment you meet him.

-Light, heavy-weight silver medalist at the Arab Kickboxing Championship, Syria 2008 .
-Light, heavy-weight bronze medalist at the Kung Fu Sanshou World Championship, Beijing, China 2007.
-Fought for the heavy-weight Professional Kickboxing World Championship title (WKA) Moscow, Russia 2006.
-Heavy-weight gold medalist at the International Championship for Kung Fu Sanshou, Warsaw, Poland 2005.
-Heavy-weight bronze medalist at the Kung Fu Sanshou World Cup, Shanghai, China 2002
-Strength and conditioning Trainer for the Junior Canadian Taekwondo ITF National team bronze medalist Ottawa Canada world champion ship 2012.
-Strength and conditioning Trainer for the Junior Canadian Taekwondo ITF National team for Italy world champion ship 2014 preparation.
-Strength and conditioning assistance coach for the kickboxing Egyptian national team 2008 preparation for the Arab championship in Syria.
