This Facebook page is dedicated to the café side of things. Yes, the café does produce and serve the infamous Jill's Chocolates, but she has her own Facebook page! So lets focus on coffee. Coffee coffee coffee !!!!! ( Yeah, Okay, if we are making a café mocha of course we are going to mention that we use Jill's delicious, fresh, hand-made chocolate to make the hot, frothy, chocolaty delight!) After learning all about the ins and outs of espresso coffee culture during my 2 years in New Zealand making and serving coffee I am excited to bring my knowledge to Iona, where, lets face it, its hard enough to get a decent mug of Joe! The difference between our coffee and any other in the area is that we order local, organic beans which we grind ourselves. This is so important for coffee lovers of the world because we know the difference of a fresh grind.
