My name is James Ferguson. I have been an independent contractor for the past 24 years - started in 1994 and became quite successful enjoying it tremendously.

In 2003 I was approached by a large construction company to become their senior construction site supervisor. I worked for the next 6 years running large extensive projects at various institutional location such as Oakville Trafalgar Memorial, Humber River Regional and Branson Hospitals, York and Ryerson Universities, to mention a few. As I enjoyed this position and challenge, I realized that my passion is working with home owners, like your self, bringing the same quality of workmanship and dedication to every project.

In 2009 I partnered up with Nelly Ferguson and returned to the home renovation sector of construction. Nelly is a visual thinker and has great attention to detail. She brings design skills to assist clients in meeting their needs. Her construction experience comes from working with her father as a carpenter and interior design build. Together we are perusing our passion in home renovations, making each project unique to our client’s needs.

Our skills and experience include all facets of home renovations and repairs. i.e.: interior work such as drywall, painting, cabinet installation, ceramic tile, all door and trim installations and flooring, not to leave out the little things inside your home, like minor repairs and installations of blinds, light fixtures, etc. Finishing basements, new kitchens & washrooms. Now moving outside the home, we enjoy repairing / building fences and decks, interlock installation and re-levelling, eaves and downspout repairs, putting in a new door / window opening, the list goes on. No job is too small, call us we’re here to help you.

As a service business we strive for the highest degree possible of quality and professionalism. We are not satisfied until you are! Our goal is repeat business and referrals.
