Below are the rules for communicating on our social network pages and online channels. We know it’s easy to get a little rowdy when talking about pizza, but violating these policies can lead to possible removal from the page or channel.

- Keep it clean and avoid any indecent or otherwise inappropriate posts.

- We’re all friends here, right? That’s what Facebook is supposed to be about. So don’t post any libelous, defamatory, bullying, harassing, threatening or abusive messages.

- Stay on topic. While there’s a lot going on the world, Jack’s page is reserved for pizza talk. That means no spam, good luck/chain posts, commercial/promotional posts, nor repeated postings of inflammatory or otherwise objectionable comments/statements.

- Be original. Take it from the brand that put a pizza oven in a garage, you’re at your best when you’re being creative. Only share video content, links, photographs, and text if you have rights to it; if you don’t own it or have permission, don’t post it.

- Mind your own business. Remember, we’re talking pizza here. There’s no reason to invade another person’s privacy or public rights. With that, never give out your personal information.

- While Jack’s is for everyone, posting to our Facebook page is reserved for fans who are 18 or older, unless you have the permission of a parent or guardian.

- When you do post, introduce yourself. Here, we’ll go first: the name’s Jack, pleased to meet you. If you’re affiliated with Nestlé (employee, agency, incentivized blogger/brand ambassador, etc.) and you are posting a comment about our products, be sure to let everyone know about your affiliation.

- While we’re mostly busy making pizza, remember that we reserve the right to remove any posting found to be in violation of these rules.
