Hearts Awakening is Favrah (Heather) and Mano (Daemond). We are two great friends who found ourselves travelling along a similar path and decided to combine our energies to create a space of inspiration towards awakening hearts! We both have a deep passion for discovering tools and techniques that help to improve the quality of our life's and we love to share those with you! This page is intended to help you get a flavor for who we are and to provide a space to connect you to our healing offerings both private and group workshops. We have dedicated our life's to seeking out the best guides and teachers and strive to do our own healing work so we may be of the highest vibration in which to serve you. We specialize in Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, Akashic Records and Trilotherapy but also incorporate tools from other modalities.

Favrah woke up in 2008 and started her journey then. When she means by "woke up" is that she became aware of herself and aware of how she affects other people. This began her real journey of improving herself and becoming the person she wanted to be. Shedding what is no longer serving her and keeping and creating what she would like to be. She realized in 2010 that she is an empath. It was right around this time that she had a pull to learn Reiki. She realized this quality in herself would be a tool for becoming a strong Reiki practitioner. She has been practicing Reiki since May of 2012. She is a certified Hypnotherapist and wants to learn many more healing modalities so she has a wholelistic approach to helping others and herself heal and grow. Learning that her purpose is to help people live their very best lives was magnanimous for her. She feels very blessed to know what she wants to do with her life and to have an amazing partner to support her in her journey. It is through all the work they have done as a couple that helped her to realize that she wants to help other couples have really amazing, strong relationships. With her combined personal experiences and skills she has learned along the way, she looks forward to meeting you on your path to wellness.

Mano grew up in Calgary, but he is a traveller by trade, having visited over 30 countries in his life. One of his favourite things to do is understand how other people live on this earth. Like most of us, he has often wondered why we’re here. Mano has sat with Monks in the Temples of South East Asia and has spent time with Aboriginals in Australia learning about Dreamtime. He has journeyed with Shamans in Central America and created concoctions with witch doctors in Africa. He has read and researched much in the vein of spirituality and science and connections between the two, a field called Epigenetics.

Mano is trained in Reiki (Shambhala and Usui), as well as Clarity Breathwork through an Intentional Community in Costa Rica called Pachamama. He has trained with Zen Master Nissim Amon in a style of healing he created called Trilotherapy. He has completed a Healing Sounds Intensive Training with Jonathan Goldman, and can often be found at festivals teaching and attending workshops. The methods are all quite different but the question is always the same: Who Am I? A question many of us eventually ask of ourselves.
