Fresh Start Fauxmage 1.38

I have been a plant-based eater for the past 34 years. Primarily vegan, but that has been a challenge for me. I have missed the luxury and comfort of cheese and the vegan products in grocery stores were not satisfying. Too much processing and the flavours and textures did not appeal to me. Sound familiar?
I started making my own artisan vegan cheese in the summer of 2016 and I was hooked. So many great possibilities!
I was living in Ontario at the time and when I moved back to PEI in November of the same year, I was looking for local artisan products but there were none! I asked the good folks at Riverview Country market and Cafe if they would be interested in selling some and the rest is history.
My Fauxmage sells out regularly there and business is booming at the Charlottetown Farmers' market as well.
Now I am making my Fauxmage for you, whether you are lactose-intolerant, vegan, or are just looking for a new food adventure.
