Flash Training opened in 2014 to rave reviews.
We are Brampton's finest dryland training facility focusing on core strength and development for young athletes.

Owned by Larry Poole and Nelson Lajeunesse. Two well know and decorated Brampton Hockey rep coaches with decades of training experience on and off the ice.

The facility is a 10,000 sq ft space featuring a 6,000 sq ft training space with bikes, treadmills, weight training and station equipment. There is a ice skating treadmill for focus on stride length and strength, as well as shooting on the fly. Plus a shooting pad utilized by coaches for training, goalie schools and for warm up and cool down.

While hockey was the original sport that Larry and Nelson trained, teams from both recreation and representative levels in Soccer, Baseball, Football, Rugby, Lacrosse, Figure Skaters and more have learned from the best and taken their games to new heights!
