I got my feet wet as a certified personal trainer through the National Council of Strength and Fitness in Henderson Nevada in 2003. Since then I have trained clients whose goals were related to fat loss as well as athletes who wanted to become stronger and more powerful. One of my greatest passions is training and coaching athletes which I have had the priviledge of doing for the last 15 years.

I created Fitness Solutions in 2015 because I know what it's like to be out of shape and carry 40-50 extra pounds of body fat around. I know how subtle and quickly you can become over weight. I also know the success and have the experience of trimming that weight and staying lean and strong.
