The 4th Annual CrossFit Kinetics Fall Classic will be Hosted at the Halifax Location and will feature 8 Events which include 5 Workouts, 2 Strength Events. After the points are tallied, the top 5 Individuals from each category will go Head to head to find out who is the fittest!
Saturday Structure

Event 1: Workout
AMRAP 8

Rx:
5 Clean and Jerk 155/115#
10 Box Jumps 30"/24"
15 Toes to Bar

Scale/Masters:
5 Clean and Jerk 115/75
10 Box Jumps 24/20
15 Sit Ups

Standards for Movements will be as per the 2015 Open. A detailed breakdown will be provided for Judges and Athletes closer to the event. Ab Mats will be provided for Sit Ups.

Event 2: Strength
6 minutes to establish your 2 Rep Max Overhead Squat.

Bar will start empty from the rack. After each attempt, athlete is able to replace the bar back to the rack before their next attempt. We want to avoid individuals attempting to go from the OHS position to the back squat position to avoid neck injury. We recommend that after a successful attempt athletes either go to the front rack position and re-rack or drop the bar overhead and clean it to re-rack. No assistance will be given to re-rack.
Rep will start when the athlete is fully extended in the overhead position. The crease of the hip must pass below the top of the knee for each rep and the 2 reps must be done unbroken.

Scale/Masters will have 2 Bars. For Push Press the Bar will start on the ground.
More Detailed Standards will be released closer to the Competition. For Ring Dips, Athlete is required to touch both biceps simultaneously off the rings at the bottom and achieve FULL extension at the top. The ring Dip begins in the Fully Extended Position.

Event 6: Strength
6 Minutes to Establish your Max Clean and Jerk. Lift Finishes when weight is locked out fully overhead and feet have returned to the starting position.
