Eleanor Silverberg is the owner/director of Jade Self Development Coaching, Inc. She is a social worker and grief educator helping adults through loss and adversity. She specializes in providing self-development coaching for family caregivers of adults with progressive chronic illness to help them strengthen resiliency and prevent burnout. She also trains the professionals who service them. She has written 2 books, Caregiving with Strength and most recently, Keeping It Together: A Self Development Guide for Family Caregivers.
