North Island Airsoft Rules and Regulations (General)

1) Goggles/Safety glasses are MANDITORY!

Goggles must be worn at all times during the game on phase. Goggles may only be taken off after the game is over and magazines are out.
Full Seal goggles, along with mesh goggles and rated safety glasses are all that is acceptable. The lens must cover your entire eye and can not leave any open space around it. If you do not have acceptable eye wear, you will be given a pair for the game. If you have any questions about what is acceptable, and not, please ask!

2) The minimum age limit is now 14+. If you have questions or concerns, please let the staff know.

3) FPS limits are now as such:

Sniper (Bolt Action)- 500 with .20 (100ft MED Bolt Only)
DMR (Semi Auto Only)- 450 with .20 (50ft MED NO Auto)
Assault Rifle (Full Auto)- 400 with .20 (25ft Auto, 15 MED)
CQBR (Full Auto)- 350 or lower with .20 (20ft Auto, no MED)
Sidearm (Semi Only) 360 with .20 (no MED)

***MED= Minimum Engagement Distance***

Snipers and DM's must have a side arm shooting 360fps, or lower for engagements under their MED.

Magazines must remain out of your gun in the staging area, and after games are over. Only test fire in the designated test fire zone.

A chronograph will be on site to measure your fps and joules!

4) Waivers and Chronographs MUST be completed BEFORE you are eligible to play. (All Players)

5) Sealed Foot Protection is now mandatory (IE: No sandals, etc)

6) Rental G&G CM16's cost $25 (Includes drop in membership fee and ammo fee). Ammo is sold on site, for $18 a bag. A $35 yearly membership fee must be paid to participate in NIA Game days. For occasional drop in a $5 per visit charge will be applied.

7) On-site parking is only permitted within the designated parking area(s).

8) All weapons MUST be fully concealed until in the appropriate designated location, as well as being on safe, with magazine out, before and after games.

9) All Weapon Magazines must be clear of your weapons at zones designated non-playing areas (including parking).

10) Test firing will only be permitted within the test firing area(s) and away from other individuals. Game fire must cease and desist immediately after a game ends and is not permitted until a game is initiated by a North Island Airsoft Administrator.

11) Anyone found to be breaking any rules set out here within will be subject to punishment deemed appropriate by North Island Airsoft Administration.

12) Engagements under 10ft, with a rifle/pistol/etc shooting 361 and over must use the Mercy Kill Rule. Please use your best judgements when making this call.

13) CALL YOUR HITS! Not calling your hits only ruins the game. If you are hit anywhere on your body, call it. Please people, be honest!

14) Like many fields: there is NO "bang bang" rule, use best of judgment for when to use a side arm OR melee weapon (IE: RUBBER knife) at a 5ft engagement.

15) Face protection is now mandatory for anyone under the age of 18. Mesh masks, balaclavas, plastic masks, scarf, etc are all acceptable. If you have any questions about what is acceptable, please ask.
