Community Options Society (COS) is a leading organization dedicated to creating and providing opportunities that strengthen the bonds of young people to their families and the community by providing a range of counseling and support services.

COS has been serving the Cowichan Valley for 40 years. Programs have evolved over this time, COS offers a variety of groups and programs that support youth in all aspects of their lives.
