Carpenter Hospice 3.76

Carpenter Hospice is a community based organization providing individualized hospice palliative care across the end-of-life continuum. We deliver community and residential based services to enhance the quality of life for individuals who are terminally ill and their loved ones.

Professional nursing care 24 hours a day, personal support, companionship, bereavement and spiritual support are integrated in our home-like setting. The Hospice is open to Burlington residents, their immediate family members and residents of the surrounding area. Individuals must be in need of hospice care and in the last weeks to months of life.
