Paying tribute to Southern Ontario's growing interest in high-quality, multisensory dining, this Pop-Up series partners TOPOWE's Chef Tobias Pohl-Weary (formerly of Burlington’s Red Canoe Bistro) with various restaurant hot-spots, immersing guests in next-level art, music, food, wine and libations. Because dining is about MUCH, much more than just food.

Sommelier/Mixologist Eamonn Kelly and serious local partners Collective Arts Brewing, Pearl Morissette Estate Winery and Dillon's- Small Batch Distillers, provide progressive wine, beer and spirit pairings, encouraging conversation, engagement and education.
