There are no magic 'PILLS" or 'snake oil' here for you to buy.

Health and Longevity come from serious attention to your health needs.

1. Daily short but vigorous "Exercise" is a must except if you are in very poor shape or recovering from some major illness.

2. Nutrition is key.

3. RELY ONLY ON NATURE AND DO NOT BUY COSTLY PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS TO CREATE A GLOWING STATE OF HEALTH OR BEAUTY!!!

4. Surround yourself with good cheer. Create "Happiness Activities" they account for approx 40% of your overall Human Potential to be happy. Do these happiness activities daily and if you can turn them into a passion and a business where you can earn money, friends and do some great service to the world around you.

5. Drink adequate amounts of pure water. The key to a beautiful skin is water!!

6. Eat foods high in Potassium. They are to be found especially in Green Dark Leafy Vegetables! At one time in our ancient past we 'hairless apes' used to consume upto 10,000 mgs per day of Potassium rich foods.

7. Reduce Salt to a bare minimum per FDA Standards.

8. Oil is not only worthless because in the case of an Olive Plant we humans have extracted just the oily parts of the Olive plant and thrown out all the fibre and nutrition!

Secondly, two tablespoons of Olive Oil will contribute a heart stopping, artery clogging 231 Calories!

The only Oils I recommend are Flaxseed Oil and Avocado's as they are both very safe.

Coconut Oil tastes a bit different but it would come up as 3rd on my list as it has the rare property of helping in burning fat. ( Please correct me if this is wrong as the Medical Studies I read through are over three years old and I await new info on this matter! )

8. Get a 7 hours of sleep a night! No more no less unless you are building serious muscle and are recovering from sleepless nights in Seattle ( wink wink...just kiddin ) ....1,000,000 million have been studied for longevity and you can read this if you research it on Google that 7 hours and no less or more are the best combination for the optimum sleep.

9. One Egg a day is the equivalent of smoking 7 cigarettes a day! See Harvard Medical School's Nurses study of over 30,000 nurses! It was a "Risk Assessment Study" and realize that if you ate instead ONE LARGE BOWL OF OATMEAL A DAY IN 7 DAYS YOU WOULD HAVE JOGGED THE EQUIVALENT OF 4 HOURS WITHOUT MOVING A MUSCLE! :)

10. Regular Sex is great not just for your Brain and Hearth Health, but the brain secrets a Opiate like substance each time you experience a climax...this helps in raising the 'endorphin levels' overall....just make sure you don't pick up 200 STD ( Sexually Transmitted Diseases ) and that what you do is ethical and meets our current societies moral standards.

When you engage in sexual activity of any kind your limbic system ( Emotional ) gets hooked.....onto the person you are having sex with....so do not become indiscriminate with who you choose to have sex with or you will be called a 'hooker' lol

The “runner’s high” is thought to be related to the production of such endogenous opiate compounds or endorphins. .....this dopaminergic brain system is activated both by opiate drugs and by Orgasm.

10. Move towards handling your own life problems lest they overwhelm you. Set aside time to learn some form of Self Empowerment to help you create the life you need.

There are many wonderful courses out there that you can take. I have experimented with many and found all of them highly useful and very interesting. I currently teach the Silva Ultramind ESP Seminar here in Vancouver as well as online when time permits.

Stopping to learn all about who you are in terms of your Genetic Past, Your Historical Self and the Identities you wear stubbornly and 'Unconsciously' can help you stop a lot of self sabotaging behaviours.

You have to do this and realize that unless you fix put up the number One before all the zeroes..... doing all the smart Harvard stuff they teach you in school will just fall by the wayside if you dont fix you...the Key Player that is making all of this happen.
