We have a Strongfirst Level 2 kettlebell Instructor, a Strongfirst Barbell Certified instructor, a Strongfirst Bodyweight Instructor and we have 2 SFG level one kettlebell instructors. We are always learning and taking the most up to date courses and certifications that will help our clients achieve their goals.
