I offer private Personal Training as well as Functional Movement Assessments and Corrective Care Programs.

A 30 minute Functional Movement Assessment is designed to identify faulty movement patterns (compensations), mobility/flexibility limitations, core strength as well as posture. This assessment will be used to gather information to develop a personalized care plan; a functional, corrective exercise and stretching program. Why is this important? How will this help you? Without proper mobility, flexibility and strength the body develops compensations which leads to faulty movements, which leads to uneven wear and tear on certain muscles and joints and this can lead to pain and injury. Identifying these imbalances and following a personalized corrective plan can greatly reduce/eliminate/prevent pain and injuries and improve overall performance of biomotor abilities (agility, balance, coordination, strength, endurance, power, flexibility). You will have the option to complete your 12 week program at home with 2, monthly reassessments or preferably you can work with me 2-3x/week to ensure faster and better results!
Personal Training sessions are for anyone interesting in going beyond the corrective exercise training. Personal training is a commitment to improving oneself through diet, exercise and lifestyle choices. No matter if your goal is weight loss goal, sports specific training, improved energy, improved strength or improved overall health, I can help! With information from a functional movement assessment and a lifestyle questionnaire I will develop a program that is taylored to your individual abilities, needs and goals. Working with me 2-4x/week I will progress your program at the right intervals to ensure sucess in a timely and safe manner.
