Fazooli’s Fix Rules & Regulations
1. **No purchase necessary.
2. How to participate. Be the recipient of a Fazooli’s Fix lunch drop and upload a photo of your
experience to Facebook using the hashtag #FazoolisFix.
3. Draw. A monthly random draw will take place on the last Wednesday of every month at noon from
5360 South Service Road, Suite 200, Burlington Ontario. The selected entrant will be contacted
by private Facebook message on two separate occasions with 24 hours between each attempt. If
the selected entrant does not respond within 48 hours of the second attempt, he or she forfeits
the prize and another entrant may be selected.
4. Prize. A $30 Alice Fazooli’s Gift Card. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible
entries submitted within the month, using the hashtag #FazoolisFix.
5. Eligibility. The contest is open to any resident of Canada, who is not an employee, contractor,
agent or representative of SIR Corp. o/a Alice Fazooli’s® Italian Grill (“SIR”) or a member of the
immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling, child) of, or domiciled with any of the foregoing persons
and is the recipient of a Fazooli’ Fix lunch drop.
6. The selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without
assistance and otherwise complied with these rules to be declared a winner.
7. Prize must be accepted as awarded. Prize is non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash,
except where required by law. All standard conditions of the Gift Card apply.
8. The draw is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, municipal and local laws. Alcohol does not
form part of this contest. SIR reserves the right to modify or terminate this draw at any time
without notice to entrants. By entering the contest and providing your photo via the hashtag, you
accept the rules and consent that SIR reserves the right to post your name and photo or the
contest winners’ image at our own discretion. Inappropriate photos or photos that are deemed
not of good taste in nature will not be accepted at the sole discretion of SIR and will be removed
from the social media pages.
9. RELEASES, ETC.: The winner releases SIR and each of their respective advertising and
promotional agencies, the contest judging organization, franchisees, provincial liquor authorities,
beer distribution companies, parent companies and affiliates of the foregoing and all of their
respective directors, shareholders, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives,
successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this
Contest or the Prize.
10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Without limiting the release provided in paragraph above, and for
greater certainty, the Releasees will not be liable for: a) any incomplete or inaccurate information,
whether caused by entrants or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the
Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; or b) the
theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or the receipt and collection
thereof;
